Scratch Curse

  • Scratch is a high-level block-based visual programming language and website aimed primarily at children as an educational tool for programming, with a target audience of ages 8 to 16.
  • Users on the site, called Scratchers, can create projects on the website using a block-like interface. Projects can be exported to HTML5, JavaScript, Android apps and EXE files using external tools.
  • The service is developed by the MIT Media Lab, has been translated into 70+ languages, and is used in most parts of the world.
  • Scratch is taught and used in after-school centers, schools, and colleges, as well as other public knowledge institutions.
  • Scratch promotes computational thinking and problem solving skills; creative teaching and learning; self-expression and collaboration; and equity in computing.
  • The program is a mental development program that is aimed at children aged 8 to 16 years.
  • Classes take place twice a week (each lesson last for one hour).
  • The program consists of 3 levels, each level usually lasting 4 to 5 weeks.
  • The great benefits of the program will be felt after the second level (2 months).
  • A learning group usually has a maximum of (5-6 students in the office), (5-6 students online).
